Franchise Terms & Conditions
Please read before registration or payment.
1. Franchise Membership
Franchise membership is intended to remain valid on a permanent basis, subject to these Terms & Conditions and the continued operation of the franchise program.
2. Free & Premium Plans
Free Franchise has no membership fee. Regular Premium Franchise fee is ₹49,999. Current launching offer is ₹9,999, subject to applicable offer terms.
3. Commission
Franchise Partners may earn commissions according to their selected plan. Commission eligibility depends on successful completion, verification and approval of qualifying transactions.
4. Monthly Commission Withdrawal
Eligible commission may be requested on the last calendar date of each month, subject to verification, minimum withdrawal requirements and processing rules.
5. Business Operation
Franchise Partners may operate part-time or full-time.
6. Fraud & Misuse
Fake registrations, duplicate accounts, misleading information, unauthorized transactions, brand misuse or fraudulent activity may result in commission cancellation and/or franchise termination.
7. Independent Business
A Franchise Partner operates as an independent business partner and is not an employee of Matches4Marry.com unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. No Guaranteed Income
Franchise participation does not guarantee a specific income, number of registrations, customers or business results.
9. Changes
Matches4Marry.com may update or modify these terms from time to time; the latest version will be published on this website.
