1. Cancellation

A Franchise Partner may request cancellation at any time, subject to the applicable terms.

2. 10% Deduction

For an eligible refund, 10% of the Franchise Fee actually paid will be deducted as cancellation and administrative charges. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Example: ₹9,999 paid → ₹999.90 deduction → ₹8,999.10 eligible refund.

3. Services Already Provided

Amounts relating to services already delivered, customized development, commissions already paid, promotional services or other clearly identified non-refundable services may be deducted where applicable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method. Actual credit time depends on payment gateway and bank processing.

5. Fraudulent Activity

Refund eligibility may be denied for fraud, misuse, false information, unauthorized activity or violation of applicable terms.
